What information do people look for, What is Lacking?

One aspect we want to cover in our videos/blog is information and facts for different kinds of loss. As part of our research we would like to get a better understanding of what information people looked for, what information you found useful, what information you believe is lacking and what types of things you would have liked to have seen.

To find out this information we have put together a short survey which will really help us with our research and to ensure that our content in our videos and blog posts will actually provide people with information they actually need and will find useful and will help us with what kind of things we need to address and include in the videos.

So far we have had a number of responses and the results are really interesting but shocking and sad to read. So far they seems to be a pattern forming. We don’t want to give too much away yet until we have more responses. But we will be sharing our findings once we have all the responses together.
